Pay is great for a graduate. However, progression up the "career ladder" is painfully slow given what you are able to contribute to the business.

Pay is above average for environmental specialists, which is great. But there is not enough transparency about how bonuses and pay increases are determined.

There is a point system where employees can award each other points that can be redeemed for gifts or vouchers. (These points also have more $ value then some similar systems I have heard of at some other companies). The company also has a very active social club, where members can pay a regular fee to get discounts on events. The company will also pay for its employees to get a post-grad degree, if they can justify it with a business case.
