The mission of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization is to accelerate Microsoft’s growth through its extensive and vibrant ecosystem of managed and unmanaged partners, while also guiding the definition of and establishing excellence in execution across the global OCP teams.
We are seeking a Partner Development Manager on the OCP team.
The Partner Development Manager is responsible for the 360 degree business relationship by partner type that sell, service and support Microsoft’s three cloud solutions. The PDM is the pivotal role in the relationships Microsoft builds with partner companies. They are responsible for engaging with the very highest level of executives, building trust by sharing insights about how companies can capitalize on market opportunities by partnering with Microsoft.

Account Technology Strategist: I work with a set of enterprise customers to help with the day-to-day technology implementation and adoption, whilst focusing on the company's Tech strategy for the future and how to get there. My role involves visiting customers regularly, and having strategic conversations about their technological needs.
I look after a portfolio of clients within Services. Every day is a new and exciting day that is different to the previous. My day consist of meeting customer to understand their business strategy, coordinating engagements, both internally and externally, to ensure we add value to the customer's business and lots of emails! Some days I will be at my customer's office, a cafe nearby or home. I am probably at our office 2 out of 5 days.
