Enjoy university as much as you can while you are there – you don’t get that much free time to do what you want ever again, so please treasure it.

As an HR Graduate, I’ve been given an exciting and great opportunity to work alongside the Employee Relations (ER) team during my first rotation.

I find myself doing an array of different activates for those managers who are all within the same life sciences and health care team.

My job is within the national compliance team at the Transport HUB. The main responsibility of the compliance team is to protect the legal and ethical integrity of DHL.

As the program involves rotating amongst different sectors within the company, it is ideal to have a flexible mindset and the capability to quickly adjust.

I wear many hats in the grad program. Sometimes one of an analyst, an account manager, a business owner, also being a customer to other companies.

Entering a corporate culture such as DHL does motivate you to learn & strive to succeed.

The best part of my job is working with the various departments both internally and externally across different sites.

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to work with/learn from the best talents from the industry.

It is very rewarding learning that the company you work for fills the shelves of so many stores and homes globally, including medicines to save your life down the clothes you wear.

One of the standout factors that employment with DHL Supply Chain offered was that it is the Global Leader in the Supply Chain Industry.

Some of the best parts of my job are interacting with people with different personalities and helping them improve their day to day operations.
